Please refer to our timeline for information on upcoming sessions.

To volunteer, you must be in Gainesville to attend a mandatory, in-person onboarding session. If you will not be in Gainesville for a semester's session, please apply for a future semester.

Timeline for Summer C 2025 Volunteer Applications

Step 1: April 7 鈥� May 2, 2025

• Registration opens on April 7 at 9 a.m. for an online mandatory Zoom information session.
• Registration is first come, first served and will close when all 800 spots are filled or on May 2, 2025, whichever comes first.

Step 2: Attend a mandatory Zoom information session

Choose one of the following sessions to attend (registration links will be available starting April 7 at 9 a.m.):

• Session 1: May 5, 2025 (2 p.m. 鈥� 3 p.m.)
• Session 2: May 6, 2025 (2 p.m. 鈥� 3 p.m.)

Those who successfully register will receive a confirmation email from Zoom with instructions for joining the session. Attending the full Zoom session is required to continue to the next steps.

These sessions will cover:

• Current volunteer opportunities
• Volunteer requirements
• Steps and deadlines to become a volunteer

Step 3: Attend a mandatory in-person onboarding session

This mandatory, in-person onboarding sessions will take place between May 9 and May 12, 2025 (specific times to be announced during the Zoom information session).

Step 4: Finalize your volunteer placement

Complete all remaining steps between May 13 and June 13, 2025 to secure your volunteer position.

Parking

In order to provide parking for our patients and their guests, our garages are closed to UF and BOB体育 students, faculty and staff. Please utilize your normal methods of transportation to campus (i.e. busing, biking, walking). For additional transportation resources, such as scooters, campus connector and buses, please .
