Hey there, I'm Zachary Prine, a physical therapist at BOBÌåÓý. I hold a doctor of physical therapy from FAMU and a bachelor of science in nutrition from the University of Florida. I am committed to my practice, as evidenced by my American Physical Therapy Association Clinical Instructor credentials.

I specialize in helping individuals recover from pain and injuries related to strength sports like powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, crossfit and physique competitions. Additionally, I provide post-operative care for those undergoing arthroscopic knee, hip and shoulder surgeries, as well as total joint replacements.

From a young age, my interest with healthcare led me to discover physical therapy as a means to integrate my passion with other interests like sports and exercise. My approach to physical therapy goes beyond just treatment; it's about guiding patients through their recovery journey and empowering them to continue progressing even after they've achieved their goals. Whether it's helping someone get back to lifting heavy or simply regaining their mobility, I find immense fulfillment in seeing my patients thrive.

Outside of the clinic, you'll often find me pursuing my own interests, which include powerlifting, general fitness and spending quality time with my family. I'm a married father of two, and family is everything to me. I'm a true Florida boy, having grown up in Lafayette county and spending most of my life in the beautiful landscapes of North Central Florida. When I'm not in the clinic or at home, you can bet I'm out hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, wakeboarding or shredding some snow on a snowboard.
