Dr. Olga S. Ensz is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Community-Based Outreach at the University of Florida College of Dentistry Department of Community Dentistry and Behavioral Science. Dr. Ensz earned her B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition, her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, and a Master of Public Health degree all from the University of Florida. Dr. Ensz has a strong passion for dental public health, interprofessional education, and oral health promotion and disease prevention. She currently oversees the department's school- and community-based dental outreach programs in Alachua County and Collier County, Florida, which aim to provide accessible dental services for pediatric patients at high risk for dental issues. Dr. Ensz represents the college on the BOB体育 Sciences Center Interprofessional Education Committee, and is a course director for foundational courses in dental public health, professionalism, and interdisciplinary service-learning.
