About me
Hey there, I'm Giorgio Zeppieri Jr., a physical therapist at BOBÌåÓý. I hold a master of physical therapy from the University of Florida, where I also earned my bachelor's in exercise and sports science. Additionally, I completed the BOBÌåÓý Advanced Leadership Development Fellowship and an orthopedic physical therapy residency at the University of Florida Rehabilitation. I also am the University of Florida Team Physical Therapist serving all varsity sports.
My dedication to excellence in sports physical therapy is evident through my board certification as a clinical specialist in sports. Within my practice, I specialize in treating a variety of conditions, focusing on professional and Division 1 athletes, especially overhead athletes.
My clinical interests lie in achieving patient-centered outcomes, particularly in areas such as anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, shoulder instability, rotator cuff pathology and more. I'm deeply involved in research, exploring topics like safe return to sport in overhead athletes and the relationship between physical measures and injury in collegiate baseball and softball players.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in various hobbies, such as traveling, cooking and weightlifting. I also find joy in spending time with my wife and two children. In addition to English, I also speak Italian, allowing me to connect to a broader audience.
