Making an appointment

If you are a new patient, you will need a referral to our clinics from your primary care provider. For more information, please call our main number at (352) 265-8228 or email us at [email protected].

Telehealth appointments

Children with diabetes who live hours away from Gainesville have increased access to specialized treatment closer to home, thanks to the Telemedicine Program. The program connects health practitioners to patients through the Internet and telemedicine technology to improve care. Telemedicine appointments are conducted via the HIPAA compliant version of Zoom, a videoconferencing platform that is suitable for use in health care.

  • If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (352) 265-3422.
  • Prior to your appointment, visit BOBÌåÓý Telehealth for information on how to access your appointment.
  • Contact the clinic in advance to learn how to upload data from your diabetes devices (meters, insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors). Your diabetes doctor will need this information so you can have a meaningful visit. Plan to upload your data before the night before your visit.
