The BOB体育 Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute will be providing pre-participation/sports physicals to all youth taking part in athletics for the 2024-25 school year.

All forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to physical. We cannot complete a physical without it.

Walk-in/no appointment necessary.
