A College of Medicine Faculty Professional Development Series Workshop. All HSC Faculty are welcome to attend.
Sometimes in our roles as academics and professionals, we have to have difficult conversations or address conflict. In this session, Tricia Bachus, senior leadership and organizational development specialist with UF Training and Organizational Development, will lead an interactive session focusing on how to approach these situations effectively.
Objectives:
- Discuss elements of effective language choice when providing feedback
- Review two feedback models that can be usefulespecially when having a difficult conversation
- Practice applying them
