Title
Ablation of TRIP-Br2, Encoding a Novel Regulator of Adipocyte Lipolysis, Thermogenesis and Oxidative Metabolism, Prevents Diet-Induced Obesity, Insulin Resistance and Hyperlipidemia
Presented by

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
The participants should be abel to:
- Define and Describe the regulatory pathways that mediate adipocyte lipolysis, mitochondrial oxidative metabolism and adaptive thermogenesis.
- Recognize the important role of gene transcriptional co-repressors as regulators of complex biological processes.
- Compare strategies for pharmacologically mimicking the effect of gene ablation as a therapy for metabolic syndrome.
