Four out of five car seats are installed incorrectly. Could yours be one of them? Have your seat checked by certified technicians and learn how to install the seats yourself. Safe Kids North Central Florida only serves the residents of the following 8 counties: Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, Suwannee, & Union. Proof of residency in one of these 8 counties will be required at Child Safety Seat Fitting Station. This event is free, but appointments needed. or call (352) 231-4636. If you have more than one child, please make an appointment for each child. Please note most stations are full and you need to be on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we cannot check your car seat during someone elses appointment time.

Sign up today and receive a car seat at cost: $45 (infant, convertible seats and high-back boosters) or $20 (belt-positioning booster seats). Car seats are available for $20 to those who are government subsidized and on some kind of public assistance like WIC or Medicaid. Proof of participation will be required at time of purchase.

Additional seats for second vehicles, spouses, grandparents, etc. must be purchased at the regular price of $45 (infant, convertible seats and high-back boosters) or $20 (belt-positioning booster seats). No exceptions allowed.

Directions: From University Avenue, head north on NW 34th St. or on NW 13th St. These two roads intersect north of town and the farmers market is located in the south west corner of the intersection. FYI: To enter the Farmer's Market, the entrance is on 441, not 34th.
