Description
Label Free Molecular Interactions and Protein Stability
Speaker
- Christopher L. Cooper, Ph.D., Field Application Scientist with Pall ForteBio
This lunch and learn will focus on an overview the Biolayer Interferometry (BLI) and its wide range of applications. BLI is a real time label free technology used for kinetic and quantitative characterization of molecular interactions. The six BLI platforms (BLItz, QKe, QK384, Red96, Red384, and HTX) will be discussed. An overview of the Optim 2 system will also be covered. Optim 2 is a high throughput system used for thermal melting point (Tm) and onset of aggregation (Tagg) measurements of proteins.
Please visit the ForteBio website for more information about the Optim 2, Octet, and BLItz platforms: www.fortebio.com.
Lunch will be provided to attendees.
