Join us as Elizabeth (Leah) Diehl, RLA, HTM, provides an overview of therapeutic horticulture for various groups including adults affected by cancer. This presentation will include a brief history and examples of programming and activities. The presentation will conclude with information on current therapeutic horticulture research projects at the University of Florida.
Cancer Connections brings together cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and cancer health care professionals who treat or provide a service to those affected by cancer. Attendees gain a deeper awareness of current research, treatment options and health care services available for cancer care.
