Why is this important?

Focus

My research has focused on throwing athletes and overuse injuries. Overall, my interests include: Sports Medicine, Upper Extremity Injuries, Throwing Related Injuries, Baseball Medicine, Sports Related Concussions, Regenerative Therapeutics, Platelet-Rich Plasma in Sports Medicine.

As of 2025, my most current research studies and scholarly activities are: 1. Development of Workload Models in Softball Pitchers 2. Exploring the Use of a Football Interval Training Program to Improve Velocity and Prevent Throwing-Related Injury in High School Baseball Pitchers 3. Associate Editor for Sports Medicine Text for the Primary Care Sports Medicine Board Examination (anticipated 2025-2026) 4. Co-Editor for Sports Medicine Text for Primary Care Sports Medicine Board studying (anticipated 2026)
